You may request a refund for most new, unopened items within ten days of delivery. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your request is approved, we guide you on the return process and provide pickup.
Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
Some items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Personalized or customized items
- Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
- Items that have been removed from their original packaging or tags

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). If we made an error with your order, please get in touch with our customer service team, and we will provide you with a pre-paid return label.
