Shipping Fees:
Shipping is free on all domestic orders. However, international shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. You will be able to view the shipping fees at checkout before submitting your order. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping which takes 5 to 7 days to deliver your order.
For International Shipping we take 10 to 15 days to deliver the order at your doorstep.
Order Processing:
Orders are typically processed within 48 to 72 hours during business days after they are placed. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Delivery:
We work closely with our shipping partners to ensure your order delivery is smooth. However, we are not responsible for any delays or issues caused by the shipping carrier. However, we will work with you to resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
If you are not available to receive your package at the time of delivery, the shipping carrier may leave a notice or attempt redelivery at a later time. If the package is returned to us due to multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment at an additional shipping cost.
